I looked at my bank account online today and saw a charge from True Fax solution for $39.99 with a very long checking number. I called the number and asked the man who they were, and of course he said a 3rd party company. He asked me had I been charged by another company and I informed him that it was by True Fax. I was pulling up the website (which looks legit) as I was speaking to him. I asked him how was it, that he was a third party company with the same phone number that was listed on the site. Next, I wanted his name (which he stumbled thru), and last his address. He couldn't answer my questions. He tried to over talk me and give me a cancellation number. I told him that I wanted my money plus fees put back into my bank. He just kept over talking me. I am reporting them to the BBB, FBI website, and attorney general.
