They didn't ship my order or respond to my emails

I placed my order with Pond Solution on May 20 for 870.00 plus shipping and I received an invoice by email momentarily The website stated that orders are shipded promptly.

One week later I had not received the order and I emailed the company and asked for an update and as of June 3 I have not had a reply. I looked up the website again and found that there is no phone number listed on the website; only a fax number. Itried faxing the number but the fax was not connecting.

I looked up further information on the company and found that there were other complaints against the company for the same reasons. One party said that the company did not have a listed phone numberI also found a link to complaint after reading this report.
