I have gone through the same experiences as everyone else; I thought I was bidding on a gift card for $5. When they asked me to fax them personal documents, I knew something was wrong so I decided to forget about the gift card altogether. Since then they've charged my credit card twice for $90 each time. On the live chat, their representative said that I signed up for a Platinum Membership when I bid on the gift card, and they will not return my money since I have "already used my membership benefits". My credit card company said they can't help me because I supposedly signed up for this membership. I will likely cancel my credit card today. I am so angry!!!
