Clearly Young (shows up as LUSH on bank statement) has taken $104.87 from me and has not sent me any products aside from the small "14-day trial" sample, which they said would be a risk-free sample and cost $4.95 for shipping only. This was supposedly a sample to try their product out before committing to ordering more. The shipping charge was posted to my account on 9/7. About a week later, they took an additional $99.92 from my account and I hadn't even received the trial sample yet. When I tried calling their "reliable customer service' phone number, it would just ring and ring and then go to voicemail. There is no way to contact them to get this resolved. Please help!
