As a first time buyer you get the first pair of shoes for $19.95 After the first time you order a pair of shoes they start charging you monthly $39.95 You can cancel of course anytime but the problem is that you can't do it over their website. You have to call them. Well, I was calling every day waiting for more than an our on the phone. No response whatsoever. I tried the online chat alive, no response to that either. I emailed them but I never got a reply. So until you get a hold of them which is really never they will keep charging you. There is no way out. I had to call my credit card company to reach for help, close my credit card and order a new one and hopefully they won't charge me again.
