So I bought a pair of shoes from Justfab.com and, like many, did not read the terms of conditions, so yes, I am at fault for them charging me money. I tried to work it out and they gave me back $39.95. I tried calling to cancel my account and tried emailing to cancel my account, but no one ever got back to me. I also tried to click "skip this month" and they still charged me. I tried talking to a manager and she was completely worthless. I am hoping it doesn't charge me since I told my bank to not accept ANY charges from this company. I think it is a good deal on shoes, but who wants 12 pairs of shoes a year?! I barely buy one pair a year!
I don't think the problem is with the concept. I think the problem is more so with the people that you talk to within the company. They are completely worthless! My advice, spend the extra $20 or whatever on a pair of shoes from an actual store.
