I sent my iPhone into repair to them, it took them over 2months to 'complete' it, then they returned to 'broken', so i sent it back, still they returned it broken. THIS HAPPENED AROUND 4 times! I then gave up on them, after they promised a refund, and everytime i rang them, they basically ignored me. I have still got the phone for proof, but i have lost around £110, as well as having to buy a new phone which cost me £320!
