She emailed through saying that she found my resume on careerbuilder and have a great opportunity that comes with benefits. I researched the company but nothing popped up about scams for them so I assumed it was legit. I replied I was interested and got the ball rolling not knowing I was soon to be part of their scam. The checks came in, I cashed them and sent via Western Union. It seemed simple and I felt sketched out. I contacted her and told her that I refuse to do anymore and terminate any contact between us. I never heard from her again. A month later, I am out 3500 because I sent over everything from the check, being uncomfortable that I was with it. I filed a complaint with the IC3 and I'm desperately hoping to obtain it back.
