Sent them 3500.00 never heard from them again. David casas at AEM REAL ESTATE instructed me to send $3500 to ELITE ESCROW with the intent to cheet me. He said he had a buyer for my time_share &i smell scam be carefull of the way the contract reads. Doesn't protect the buyer.
