Hung up on

Tonight after driving 7 and half hours from Fl back to NC I stopped at a Food Lion and tried to purchace some items. I was declined and given a decline #. I called the 1-800- # to find out what was going on. I had to do it all over again once I got home after being embaressed of being declined. Once I finally got thru to a real person. Mark whom never gave me a Operator id # I started complaining about my expirence and he hung up on me. I had to go thru the same process of listening to a damn computer to finally get to where I was before and I talked to Mike whom never gave me a Op # either. Once he got my to do's compiled and verified he said he was sorry and should not happen again but if it does to call the 1-800 #. I asked to talk to his manager whom I can not remember her name but I did get her Op #. 5508 She said that there was no way she can verify if I talked to some one which I replied that it is suppose to be recorded. She did say how ever she would try but has no record of any one talking to me prior from Mike.
