Cold food, poor service and getting sick

We ordered and finally got our food 45 minutes later. They were not busy. When our food was put on the table it was obvious that it was not hot. We told the waitress and she acted like it was our fault. She took it back and they heated it up but it was still uneatable. The waitress said she would get it taken off our ticket but we still paid full price within 30 minutes we were sick as dogs throwing up with horrible stomach cramps.
