Thirty dollars was taken out of my account without my knowledge or permission. I called asking why this happened and was given an apology and told I would receive a gas voucher for $100.00 if I allowed the transaction to stand. I have spoken to them 3 times since, no voucher. Now, I cant get through to anyone. I have not received anything for the $30.00 dollars. I think that's called stealing.
