Iapplied for a loan then decided i didn't need it an didn't need it. Well then went antook $30.00 out of my bank account without permission. When I called them I told them I didn't want the loan an toreturn my $30.00. Then they said it was a one time fee and I will never have to pay it again. Itold them I don'twant the loan and to return to my money. All I got is the run-around an they will send me $100 gas voucher. I told them I don't want the gas voucher I want my cash back. Then I asked to talkto a manager it took a few minutes but I got one. Her name was Loretta, Loraign or somethin likke that. She said that I could get my cash back if i took the loan. I told her I didn't want the loan all I want is my cash back. I also told her I didn'twant the gas voucher. I got pretty upset with the run-around an told her just send back my$30.00. Well she said the first girl I talked to sent the gas voucher an I would not have to pay for any process fee again. I told her to keep her gas vocher and her loan an send back my 30 dollars. She basically hung up on me. Now if I do get the gas voucher it is suppose by email. I don't want the voucher I want my money.
