I have now received 2 small parcels each containing a small sample-sized container of cream but the customs valuation of $98.78. My credit card account has been debited by two amounts of approx. £60.00 equivalent to the exchange value of $98.78.
I only ordered the free sample and placed no order for anything else.
I wish to claim the sums debitted from my account.
