Ordered "free sample", paid postage and packaging and am horrified to learn that this Company have been taking approx £65 twice per month from my Account. I never subscribed to monthly cream, I have not given this Company authority to debit my account for anything other than the postage fees. Have been debited 8 times, received 5 products. Never received free sample!!! Absolutely devastated that I have fallen victim to this Company along with the many others on this webiste, hopefully something can be done about closing them down for good.
