I bought some clothing for my daughter from a site posing as Abercrombie amounting to 156GBP. I received nothing. I paid withmy current account visa so am not covered. It was most upsetting, not least on Christmas day, when I had to explain to her. I waited thinking maybe they would still turn up. I contacted them several times. They even asked me to choose one item as one I had chosen was out of stock. When this was done, they sent an email saying my item had been shipped. I feel very foolish, but was not au fait with what to look out for. Now, Christmas is coming again, and money is tight. The whole thing makes me want to cry. Please advise me if you can.
