This site has an official site, which is rainleekids.com and a ecrater. I purchased an that item still hasn't been shipped after 3 weeks. They said they would be deliver by Christmas, which would be more than A MONTH after my order was paid and confirm. Who said I need it by Christmas? I needed it for another occasion that happened to be before Christmas. I email them and opened a claim on paypal to get a refund ASAP it was obvious I wasn't getting my item before Christmas. They sent me an angry email. They did send me an angry letter before, when I ask when they would shipped, then angrily emailed me saying they had too many orders and were too busy and that it would be shipped by Christmas. I don't know, this was just one of the worse online retailers I've dealt with.
