I ordered several garments as christmas presents some time before the above date. I received 2 emails asking me to complete my payment. I was suspicious, but was flustered by Christmas, so stupidly went ahead. I received an email telling me my payment had gone through, but one of the items was unavailable. I was asked to choose another, which made me feel a little more comfortable, as if I was dealing with real vendors. I emailed "cheaphoodies" and "afauservice", I left several messages on their outlet website (which they said was their UK branch), but to no avail. They emailed and said my order had been dispached. Needless to say, I have received nothing. The only reason I have left it so long to act it I thought they hadnt taken payment after all. My statement said "cardmili" which I believed to be a payment for something else of the same amount. I feel really stupid and very sad. My 11 year old still has not had her Christmas present, and I cant afford to get her a replacement. Please, please help. I have no idea what to do. Many thanks, Anna p. S I have recently recived 2 fake santander emails asking for my bank details or they will temporarily (they wrote "we will be forced to temporary ") freeze my account. I used that account for the above transaction.
