VISA, LCP rip-off! Fraud!

When I saw in the TV that I could have my Credit Card (VISA - thats what they were announcing), without checking my credit report, I thought that I was finding the answer for my praying. I am a single mom, disability and student. I have two boys at home. I needed a computer (which is my program at school - Multimedia) and I thought that this was the great program. I called and Mr. Luis Martinez (my "sales representative") took my call.

After a 1/2 an hour in a phone he answered all my questions since how was the %interest until how much I will pay per month. After he promised me that I will receive my VISA (not the latin card plus that I received) as soon as I pay $300.00 COD at my local post office (which I did) I received a totally different thing. He NEVER mentioned a CATALOG CARD. He NEVER mentioned that I needed to send a "confirmation" fax.

In 09/02/04 I sent the fax hoping that sooner I sent it the sooner I have my VISA. Never get it. I waited 8 days to receive my VISA. When I saw that it won't come, I called them. After a very frustrating long DAY trying to reach someone in the phone, Ms. Gabriella Mistral (which I consider this a very fake name, because that is the name of a School in PUERTO RICO) came and insult me for not been "CONSIDERATED AND LACK OF SOUL" because they have just past an hurricane and the lines were disconnected for several days. I knew that something was smelling "rotten" when they have so many excuses and nobody wants to answer the phone.

After few days later, I could talk to Mr. Luis Martinez (800-285-6595 ext. 2024) and he promised me again that I will receive my VISA in 30 days. I explaind to him that he never mentioned the catalog card and that I want my money back. After what apparenting was talking with his supervisor (Mr. Palomillo?) he promised (once again) that I will receive my VISA in 2 days. I was at this point skeptical but I needed my computer soon and this was the only possible way to get it.

Sincerely, this is something that shouldn't be happening on these times. People are so insensitive to the honesty. Please if someone is outthere and think that you may help me, please I beg you for help. Those 300.00 perhaps for many people is not too much money... But it is a real deal for me...
