Ripoff took my money

I watched there announcement on tv where they promised a $7,500 credit limit, also that it will help your credit. I called the # and spoke to a lady there she took my information and I had second thoughts so I told her I will call her back in 1 week, I called her back the next week and they said she was on vacation I asked if I can get more information on the credit card, the guy there said it was a Visa card and the limit was $7,500 and it help build your credit because the good credit was reported the credit agencies, and that they the bank will call me and give me a list of atm machines i can go to,

He processed my information and told me to have a money order ready and Fed Ex will pick up the money order and they will give me my card all other information. The day the Fed Ex came it was at my job because no one would be home when they wanted to deliver, so I received gave the Fed Ex guy the money order in the amount of $399.00 payable to Latin Card and he gave me a big envelope, I didnt read it until my lunch break and to my suprise there was no credit card only a plastic card that said latin card gold I immediately called them back gave them my information and they could not locate me they said i will get a credit card but this was a temporary card, but then I explained that I was told this was a visa credit card he said not you can only order out of our catalog, then I said I need to get my money then because I was never told this,

He said Its too late for that your not getting your money back, you need to call customer service and they can help you. So I called customer service, and no one answered for days, when i finally got a hold of someone they said they couldnt locate me in there system they took my # and kept putting me on hold and finally told me they will call me back (without even asking me my phone #) I called several times more, then I convinced myself that I had been ripped off, so I settled for what I had, I sent the form to activate my card, I sent it 3 times I then got a message in my voicemail saying they had received my request and were processing. Thats when I tried ordering online there website was down and there customer service # had been disconnected, then I contacted the BBB and got the other information for them.

Im really concerned about my $money, Im a single parent, im going to school, and im pretty young, I was really relying on that Credit, but now I just want to get my money back it has really effected in many ways. Please help me.
