Scam Artists, Annoying Harrassing Phone Calls. Rip-off!

I received a phone call from these people, claiming that my company's 2 year contract with them was about to expire and that it would be wise to continue with their service. We are listed in several phone books and directories and their name sounded familiar. Now that I think back, I think they used another name of a company such as Yellow Page USA. Which is a legit company and we once had a contract with them. Therefore, I said yes.

A couple of months later, I received an invoice... With an ugly unprofessional logo, fresh from a bubblejet printer asking for a payment of $299.95 with no description of where my company was listed. Their item description was very vague... Like Business Communications Package and bold listing. I had no idea who this company was. Then a month later, some woman by the name of Mary (with a southern accent) constantly called me for payment.

I did my research online and found that many people had similar complaints as mine towards Infocom and I managed to fax over the articles directly to Infocom, indicating that they're scam artists and to stop with the harrassing phone calls.

Would you believe that Mary had the odacity to call me the next day to say that they received my fax and was wondering when I was going to pay the invoice? And that it was legal for them to call me 1x a day, everyday until the invoice was paid.

Unbelievable!
