Thebirkenstocks.com shoes are fake. Two pair purchaed one pair arrived with a broken buckle. The other pair arrived in a box with a different picture on the box compared to the shoe inside Luckily I paid with Paypal so recieved goods but I am waiting to see if I will be refunded.
