I call the smart travel agents to ask for a refund of the $20 dollars that we had pay, we been to their demo at Daytona beach, We sit there for so long and hear about their vacation thing, after this they gave us the free gas and travel for 2 thing and then their people still bother us on phone most of the time asking for referrals, and as the story goes we tried to follow the instructions, we pay $10 dollars money order, the next step is another $10 dollars, though on the 3rd time they were asking for a $100 dollars money order already and me and my husband already get the Idea that we will just end up paying for everything, so we call their customer hotline for a refund, It is only 20 dollars though I do not want to give those company full of liars a satisfaction of fooling people around, a customer representative answer my call, she keep me on a hang for twice trying to find my name and my husband on the system, she was making a sounds on the phone like she was tired of dealing with me, she was sighing and then she ask me what the address is, I told her the address and answer all the questions she’s asking for and then tell me in the end the 20 dollars is not to be fund by them and then says that the 100 dollars is the one they are working for and tell me, “how can you get a refund if you didn’t pay any? ” oh my goodness! I swear this woman is really annoying, looks like she does not know what she’s doing, and then I said, you mean that the money we are sending are in different company each time? And then she hangs again and after that she just told me that the 20 dollars is not refundable if I didn’t finish the step by step process of the papers, and I said, we cannot get the refund then? And she said no, I am sorry, and I said, is that the only thing you can say? Sorry? Sorry for being fooled? And she says, I do not know who told you it was free, because there is no free thing such as this. What a rude company and a rude customer care! So, if somebody calls you on the phone with this travel thing name, do not believe it, you are giving them a money for a referrals and going there and sitting for an hour and then after they get what they want, they will treat you like a shit.
