We purchased a travel plan in December 2
we were promised a free fly and stay also included in the package
for an additional 100.00 dollars cashiers check i sent a money order
because my bank does not issue bank checks for under a thousand
dollars so needless to say i never received my free weekend away
the prices they quoted for travel sites was supposed to be well below market prices which is totally untrue Since i have be researching travel plans with other agencies i find their claims are not true
When i asked for a refund i was told in a letter i could not get a full
refund
