I have been playing there game at thesettlersonline.net and I bought some in game money to help speed up my progress spending $300 about a week later the game went off line everyone who has been playing the game and have spent real money on the game have lost all there special items and buildings they used the real money to get and all we get told now for over 2 weeks is what they have posted here http://forum. And they are not offering any refunds and if any of us send in tickets to support requesting a refund they very quickly get there accounts banned.

I am really mad that a company such as UBISOFT can cheat people like this some thing needs to be done asap to stop them they have thousands of customers like me some who have spent thousands on the game..
