How can you expect someone to work and not get paid for it and also how do you explain someone information booting out the system because someone else applied at the job that has her address hello two different socials wake up

I have worked three weeks for dollar general and i have not been paid for anything... Now i cant go to work because i have no money to get there and along with all that I have three kids that are two and under and my car is being possessed my power is getting turned off my phone has been turned off i dont get food stamps for another three days i dont have any money what so ever... My acct is one thirty in the whole and i dont no what to do
