Completely Ripped Off

I was so excited that they were taking pictures at my daughter's school! The day I went to order them i was completely taken back at how expensive they were, I am a single mother and the lowest package they had was over $100 just for a cd! I decided to order the biggest package because it was a better deal to get the frames and bigger pictures. I told the lady taking the orders that is what I wanted and gave her my credit card. I don't work for this compnay so I don't know how they fill out their order forms. I was charged $200 and given a receipt. When my package came in it was a small envelope of pictures just a few sheets and a keychain. That is NOT what I ordered and it is not worth $200!!! The worst part about this company is that you have to call someone in TN to try and get customer service, and all they tell you is too bad. You would think a company that works with schools and partents would care more about people and customer service. They are just in it to make money and rip off parents and schools in the process. It is not only bad business but you should be ashamed of yourself for ripping off single parents and families! I was told that yea I could get the frames for another $100KEEP YOUR FRAMES! I want my money back!
