Sent home illegally/Wrongfully terminiated

December 9, was photo day at the center parents were given the forms a week before time to fill them out for their children to be photographed for christmas pictures but the parents were sick of pictures and their high fees so the majority of them did not want their kids to take pictures nor did they fill out the forms., The parents were told if they didn't fill out the forms to keep their children home on that day. Well only 3 parents from my class filled out the forms and the rest did not and on that day I had 11 students and we were short of staff. The exec director wanted me to fill out the forms so the students could take the pictures anyway, but I refused because it was the parents duty. Well Sylvia Barksdale who is the exec director and the cook, said "if you don't fill out those forms go home" I called Dorothy Barksdale who is the owner and Sylvia's sister, and she told me to fill out the forms, I said I can not because it is the parents duty not mine, and the parents didn't want their children taking the pictures. Dorothy then got angry and said, "well, what do you want me to do? Sylvia's in charge when Im away" I said its not my job to do what the parents don't want, and Im not forging the parents handwriting. So Silvia sent me home. Later that night Dorothy sent me an teht stating that I was terminated and don't beg for my job back, also in the tect she tried to word it as if I just walked offf the job to try and cover herself from paying me unemployment. Now Dorothy is trying to keep my final pay check and has been tecting me numerous negative statements.
