My debit card was cloned and the above amount was fraudulently used to make a purchase.
Before I became aware of that I accepted a parcel addressed to me (but with the name of another person) on behalf of the named person.
Because in all innocence I handed the parcel to another party the fraud investigators have recommended that I should not be reimbursed.
