Ordered a throttle cable for a scooter. The website said most parts ship in one to two days, well four weeks later still hadn't received it. Called and emailed multiple times. They finally sent it. Was wrong one. Trying to obtain RMA# for a refund. Of course sent pictures and was then forwarded on to a "tech man" and now can get no response whatsoever after five days... Have called more times than can count and never spoken with a human, never had a voicemail returned. Nothing. Worst customer service i have ever experienced!!!
