Don't buy parts from these people, they are very rude

We approached Maxpartslist.com to-order a throttle wire to get a sand buggie which was within our look for restoration. The very first time we got the purchase it had been good, the component match and worked correctly. Following the first test drive, the buggie was in the look for even more fix, then down to some minute test drive. Thats once the throttle cable broke. We called back plus they stated they'd deliver us an upgraded wire. We got the wire within the email on April 9th also it was the incorrect one. We named them to tell them and deliver us a different one plus they were impolite claming that no areas of theirs had actually broken-in ten years. Then we attempted to obtain the tackle to deliver their components back again to them-and obtain a reimbursement plus they don't keep in touch with us anymore. There appears to be only 2 people operating there, Color and Certainly Will plus they were equally really rude in my experience. I talked to some woman and he or she was alone who handled me using the regard any client deserves, she offered mean RA# and was excellent about this. We've attempted to get hold of them many times and its own reached the stage where they don't actually get our calls anymore. Do not purchase components from these folks they're really rude.
