Ordered dvd's in july they arrived in oct. They are dirty; scatched & some won't play at all. There is no order no or invoice in the parcel so there are no contact details or any way of obtaining a refund. The customer support is none existent as this is just a company out to scam. I'm just lucky they only took the said amount from my card. It could have been far worse.
