I wanted to return 2 pairs of shoes to Footaction which I bought in store and they would only accept returns through mailing it to their warehouse. I mailed it back with the shipping label they provided me and even with the tracking number, they claim that the box I shipped back to them was empty and refuse to return me my money. I followed all their instructions with photocopying the receipts for each pair of shoes and included it with the return package. I also have the receipt of when I shipped it out at the post office of the package weighing over 7lbs. This is outrageous and unacceptable business practices.
