I bought a phone on an auction site, payed my £7.34 and awaited delivery. When i got my bank statement i found that i had not only been charged for the phone but also a sum of £59.99 had also been taken. On looking further i have found other people have had the same problem and this is a monthly subscription we were not told about or wanted. I have not even recieved my phone.
