Hi bid and won a Ziinga bid. Payed the $8 us $ 11nz 27/11. They then charged my account $122.82 on the 8/01. They now wont $68 cancellation fee. I did not receive the goods payed for as i did not sign the form alowing them to take the money i have not given. What do i do.
