I live in PA. Like the other complaints listed from many different States, I received a Form / W098 claiming that I was the winner of $2,000, 000, but I needed to pay $11.98 for a PREMIUM OFFER ACQUSITION FEE for a chance to receive $2,500.00 in addition. The form looked much like a PCH contest form. Remember, if you are asked to pay anything to win anything, that you did not even enter, IT IS A SCAM. If it is too good to be true, it is more than likely not true. Hope these scam artists get caught before more people fall for this hoax. Whistle Blowe

This company is sending letters to individual claiming that the won 5,000 and asking them to sign a return form. I beleive that is is a rip off, because knowing that i didn't even enter a contest, so how could this be true. Please look into it
