Terrible management

The manager at the lmc location on crossbay blvd in queens has such a bad attitude with his customers. I took my car there to get washed and it came out still dirty I called the manager over and he said he would have to charge me for a simonize, I told him this is a brand new car I had it for a week there was no reason why he had to charge me for a simonize. I gt really upset after paing 20.00 for a carwash that included rainx. Its a shame cause I live around the corner and it is convienent but I wont be bring my car there anymore!!! They lost a ood customer!!!
