One day last month, my family and I were preparing to have a wonderful day together. If we had only knew what was going to happen... We drove 50 miles to go shopping at the mall of Georgia. We were going to do some Christmas shopping and spend the day together. First was to get the oil changed in our car. After arriving at CHAMPIAN wash and lube things changed. First, I was asked if I wanted a FREE car wash. I agreed and was told to go inside an wait. The employee proceeded to change my oil and DRIVE my car through the carwash. Well, when my car came out, BOTH mirrors were BROKE off. I was shocked... I walked to the managers office and asked what could be done. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING!!! He told me there was nothing he could do, and that they have had problems with my kinda car before. I was getting upset and told him I wasn't paying. He told me I couldn't take MY Car until I payed. As you can imagine, I lost it. We argued a few minutes and HE called the police. My wife was so upset, she payed the man. My question is...? If they had problems like this in past, why wasn't l warned about the chance that their machine would BREAK my MIRRORS. This was bad enough, but the managers attitude was what drove me to post this. Completely unprofessonal. Consumers, YOU have been WARNED...
