I was happy with everything except their billing policy. This is regarding the fact that they do not prorate for a partial month when the pod is delivered. Although it is clearly stated in their FAQ, it really bothers me that since I need to keep the pod two days longer than my billing period I will need to pay a full month's rent. Because of this policy, I have changed from someone who would definitely recommend their service to any friend to someone who will not recommend their service.
