Collection Letter Arrived but No Bill, Closing All GE Store Accounts

Simple as this... What happened to sending a bill??? You have my address because I now have a collection letter but not a bill when the charges are due... Not 1 attempt? Which made me think I used my bank credit card and it was delt w/!!! When I tried today to speak to the agency they couldn't help??? And had an extreme careless attitude and neither could jcpenny, you can not get through w/out a account number I don't have one you never mailed a bill! Its funny how i used the card w/out having it tho, just by name... Isn't it? If this is how you think you'll make money and mess w / peoples credit your wrong! I have great credit & Tomorrow I'm closing all accounts that have g. E on them I have a few for tires retail ect. They'll be closed I don't care about hurting credit I have other cards that treat me right that'll build it up again not my loss dealing w / a ridiculous company! I will never ever get a card from g. E again I'm absolutely done!!!
