Absolute junk! - LG gas range double oven, convection, 5 burner top with center burner

Consumer Warning! Walk away from LG appliances, no better yet run! Worse customer service I have EVER encountered. After contacting LG through e-mail explaining the stains on my brand new gas flame diffusers caused by over spray from squeezing a lemon, I was told this was not a warranty item, lemons are acidic and I would have to buy new ones. Amazing that the ranges I have owned for over 40 years never had this issue. They referred me to their parts distributor. Their website makes you enter a model number, then it tells me the model doesn't exist. I tried to respond to the e-mail that turned down my warranty request and get a non deliverable apology e-mail back and telling me to use a different e-mail address. I copied & pasted my message and sent it to the recommended address and get a non-deliverable address message again. Solution - drop a Nuke on South Korea and put these people out of their stupidity.
