Bad customer service - Pennco gas boile

We bought a new Pennco gas boiler last year in Oct (almost 6000). Last week we turned on the heater, and nothing happened, so we called TONs of Sears service number to try to get help, and after struggling for 2 days, we finally got an appointment schedule on 10-5. The installer came in and said our pilot flame was off which is a very uncommon situation. He told us that was %u201Cour%u201D responsibility to maintain that. Well, you said it is %u201CUncommon%u201D, is there something wrong with your installation?
Ok, he helped us to put the fire on. And also we told him that after his installation, there is a room never got heat up. He adjusted the temperature from 180 to 200 and told us it should work fine now, safely and more efficiently.
After he left, I%u2019ve been hearing very loud sound from the basement and from the wall. It sounds like someone pouring the water. Today, 10-9, the sound was so loud from the basement, and we went down to check, guess what we saw: water all over the place, and something flew away from the gas boiler!!!
I should be feeling lucky that I am still alive here to type this complaint.
1. Sear%u2019s unreliable gas boiler put us under a large risk of gas leaking and exploding
2. Unreliable installation service caused us a lot of problem
3. Non-prompt service also causes us in a trouble.
The warranty is expiring at the end of this year, and I don%u2019t know what I can expect after then. Should I just stop my payment? Because the whole thing just doesn%u2019t %u201CWORK%u201D! The installer is not a professional, every time he came and went and gave us new problem. Now I am not sure if everything is installed properly and safely.
Probably an legal complaint filed will help me to solve this issue quicker.
