I am so frustrated. I called Safeway 's 800-line with a question and they collect your location, and then ignore the call and never return. I cannot believe they would insult you by keeping you on hold so long in the middle of my workday, when they could just point me in the right direction. I think Safeway customer service is nonexistent and tried to reach them 2 more times to find out they just put you on hold. No answer was ever provided and no one got back in touch with me.
