Braums Lunch Disaster - Braums Super Duper 4 Cheese Burge

Braums is my choice to pruchase gro. Items, convienant, great products. I admire their respect of animals and safe food.
However today I went into a different Braums than my usual, for a bit of lunch. Seeing the beautiful newly advertised 4 cheese burger poster, I ask a couple of questions and ordered one. To my horror encluding the price, it was a terrible mess. I will say the counter lady was gracious above and beyond in my experience.

I simply requested politly that it be changed to a cheese burger, mustard please. However when I took a bite it was sloppy with mayo, I hate mayo. I simply gave up, tossed it and went home to make a sandwich.
