My alamo rental car was damaged in Santo Domingo, dominican republic, by a public transportation driver. Dominican alamo employees faked additional damage on the car with black magic markers. They inflated repair costs in order to use as much is my credit card deposit as possible. Your customer service department online has already seen my photographic evidence of the fraud. You have refused to do anything to cure the criminal actions of your Dominican franchise employees.
