Booked a rental car with Alamo. Got a confirmation #
Read the Policy Information and it states.
You need a major credit card (or) debit card and a valid driver, s licence.
Had to call for a shuttle to get to the off site Alamo office.
Got to office and was turned down because I had a debit card and photo
driver, s licence. The young girl said she was sorry there document is misleading..
Made the trip complete crap...
