Time Warner customer service is dreadful

I upgraded my internet to a better modem - the idiot that arrived to install it did not have a clue - and was very creepy. He plugged it in and left without installing the wifi - which was the reason I upgraded. When I called to complain and get another service call I was transferred to over 5 departments and was on the phone for over 3 hours - at one point they actually said that since the modem was working they couldn't send anyone out. Hello? I am not a computer tech - their tech was incompetent and now I have no wifi. Horrible. I will switch to Fios as soon as I can.
