Fed X not held accountable for lost packages

Fed X is not held accountable for lost packages. The driver that delivered the package left information with the main base of operations that was not true to cover his mistake. As a recipient of the goods that did not srrive, I am not able to recover my losses. It is up to the shipper of the product to reimburse the consumer. Fed X is a gamble so save your money and ship with confidence using the USPS. At least they are accountable when things go wrong.
