Employee yelled and screamed at customer at store #3283

I stopped in at Popeyes (#3283) today for my usual weekly order, and for some reason everything went terribly wrong this time. For a moment I waited while the staff took care of drive-thru customers. Then I complained, and Augustine came to help me, though he was obviously annoyed that I had asked for his attention. After I ordered, he grabbed the cash from my hand with an attitude when I went to pay. I objected to his rude and nasty behavior, and Isabell then began to yell, scream and turn belligerent toward me. Her coworkers pulled her back and asked her to quiet down, since the diners sitting inside were being startled by her behavior.

I asked for my money back and left without doing business at this location. A drive of over a mile took me to store #2056, where the service was decent. I am a frequent customer and can prove it with receipts. Unless action is taken regarding Isabell, I will stop being a customer. No one who represents Popeyes should be permitted to scream and yell at a patron this way, ever. I will not drop this. Corporate will hear from me, as will the location's manager, and I will write reviews on every site. Customers of a company deserve better treatment.
