I told century link that I would take care of a old bill in a couple od days. Due to my grandpapa's passing and that I wanted it in my dad's name. So for two weeks I have been trying to get them to change it over to his name. But they want to keep hiping over my dead granpapa's bill. As I told them he is on a fixed income and as we get the money up this month they would get paied. They would just have to bear with us. Oh I am so mad with them they sent the thing to a lawyer of collections and wouldn't even give me the tme to pay it. They also want cut the phone on it my dad's name and he has never had a bill with them. This company is so sorry to there customers and theyu can't even give you the information you need to do anything either. I never denied that it want get paied. That it was going to take a little time to get the money for them. I don't know if I really want service from them for treating me the way they did!!!
